Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Times Once processed, please allow the following estimated delivery times:
- Canada: 7-15 business days
- United States: 7-15 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or high demand periods.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 3-5 business days for tracking information to update after shipment.
Customs and Duties Glowmii ships internationally and orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.
Lost or Delayed Orders If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@glowmii.ca and we will investigate immediately.
Wrong Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Glowmii is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
