The mask does not use a traditional fabric or paper backing; instead, 34g of solidified ampoule acts as the hydrogel material. [1]

• Ultra-Low Molecular Collagen (243Da): Maximizes skin penetration and absorption to immediately improve skin elasticity and plumpness.
• Oligo-Hyaluronic Acid: Delivers moisture to both the surface and deeper layers of the skin, offering longer-lasting hydration than regular hyaluronic acid.
• Galactomyces Ferment Filtrate & Niacinamide: Brightens dullness, evens out skin tone, and adds a radiant "glass skin" effect.
• Probiotics: Contains 3 types of fermented probiotics to strengthen the skin barrier and prevent premature aging.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 3-5 business days for tracking information to update after shipment.

Customs and Duties
Glowmii ships internationally and orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.

Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Due to the personal nature of skincare products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items for hygiene reasons.

To start a return, contact us at hello@glowmii.ca with your order number and reason for return. Do not send items back without contacting us first.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@glowmii.ca with photos of the issue and we will make it right with a replacement or full refund.

OVERNIGHT
Apply the mask at the end of your skincare routine and leave it on overnight.
Remove the mask the next morning after a good night's sleep.

DAYTIME
After preparing the skin with toner or serum, apply the mask and leave it on for 3-4 hours or until it becomes transparent.

PRO TIP
Use the eyes and mouth parts of the mask on the sides of the nose, under eyes, neck, or anywhere you want additional hydration and firming.

Store in a cool dry place, some customers enjoy placing in the fridge for 1 -2 hours prior to application (not medical advice).
